DELVAUX Staff sale - Terms of sale

1. Orders

• Each person is entitled to purchase a maximum of 4 Handbags with a maximum of:
   * 1 Brillant;
   * 1 Tempête;
   * 1 Exotic bag (will NOT be counted as 1 Brillant quota if a Brillant exotic is purchased)
• And 3 other than handbags.
• If quota is exceeded (eg: quantity exceeded, duplicate items purchase), the order will be canceled without prior notice.
• This quota is separate from the W&J staff purchase quota (Umbrella quota).
• Duplicate SKU purchase is not allowed.
• Order completion does not guarantee purchase confirmation. Orders may be canceled by the brand depending on stock availability.
• NO CITES will be issued for the export of exotic products.
• Some exotics products cannot be shipped outside HK – please read carefully the description on the online platform.
• There is no possibility for priority or reservation.


2. Products

The products are sold as is, without guarantee and may not be complete. Therefore, please note that the products sold in the Sale may have minor defects or be of a lower quality than the usual quality of Delvaux products, may not have shoulder strap or mirror inside the products. Examples of defaults:

  • Logo D-Griffe missing
  • Small scratches
  • Points visible on the leather
  • Shaping the gusset
  • Soft leather ripple
  • Stains
  • Curled Leather
  • Accessories scratched
  • Drawn thread / damaged frame
  • Spare part issue


This list is not exhaustive! By participating in the Sale, you are aware and accept that some products may not be in perfect condition, or with few defects. No claim can be made regarding their condition and NO after-sales service and warranties are eligible.

The products will be marked with a stamp as issued from a special sale. Please note that the products will not be in possession of their certificate of authenticity.


3. Sales Price

The sales prices indicated on online platform are all in HKD currency, which shipping costs and import duties included.


4. Payment

Payment link to process the payment will be shared later on via HRSM. All payments must be settled in HKD. For Macau, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand team, we will share later on the bank account in order to settle the payment.


5. Delivery

Delivery time: Latest by end of March 2026.
Shipping costs are included in the price.


6. Return and cancellation

If the order is not paid in due time (see point 4: payment), it will be cancelled.
No reservation, exchange, refund, warranty, alterations or after-sales services will be offered.
Delvaux reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.


7. Application of these conditions

Purchases are for personal use, or for use as personal gifts. Re-sale, whether or not for profit is strictly forbidden. Any infringement of this rule or breach of purchasing procedures will be deemed as gross misconduct and dealt with under your employing company’s disciplinary procedures.

Please refrain from visiting Delvaux boutiques or contacting Delvaux team members individually for product checks or other inquiries.

No Delvaux packaging will be provided.

No screenshot allowed – all the image show the watermark with email address.

Delvaux reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. We therefore invite you to consult the latest version.
